Come and enjoy the food of the future and let yourself be inspired to taste something new! Here in the park you will find several different food trucks where chefs from restaurants such as Dubbel Dubbel, Benne Pasta, Food4Future ab, and Majornas Matfabrik will offer creative interpretations of the latest in food tech - through new protein sources and ingredients from Bärta, Mycorena and more. Food that is good, smart and waste-free, at the same time as it highlights various exciting cuisines. There is also an on-site bar serving non-alcoholic mocktails made from seasonal local produce.

Behind the initiative is Urban Food Space, a new Gothenburg-based company that works to transform our food system so that it is sustainable both ecologically and economically. Their goal is to turn research into practice and theories into reality. At the same time, they want to work for new flavors, culture-strengthening and innovative thinking linked to long-term sustainability. In collaboration with various food actors, they invite to sustainable food experiences.

No pointing fingers. Not perfect. Just a work towards a long-term change through food. Which is good - in more ways than one.
