A person squats. They have a black and white face painting and long blonde hair.

Virginia And The Flood is the musical brainchild of Swedish musician Cornelia Adamson who burst onto the music scene in 2019 with a string of hyped live shows, an acclaimed debut album Aqua Duck Down plus a few nominations.

Virginia And the Flood’s debut Aqua Duck Down was an explosion of honest, brooding vocals that sprawled across a backdrop of gritty guitars and driving beats. Call it Ghost folk or call it Southern Goth. Cutting, kind, beautiful and rough.

A year’s touring schedule was booked as hastily as it was erased when a global pandemic took the reins. Within the sudden stillness of a forced stop, "Aqua Duck Down" stepped out of the spotlight, and a sophomore album began to take its first shape.

Now with the pandemic burning in the rear view mirror, VATF is picking up where she left off. Catch her back on the live stage rip-roaring through her acclaimed tracks, while teasing new sounds that are darker, faster and rawer ahead of an impending release this Autumn.
