Description

In the project Last Glimpses of a World Fading, five artists from different disciplines have been invited to the process of jointly exploring the borderland at the end of their senses, using music, sound, light, installation, performance and video.

Under a multifaceted but coexisting roof of exploration and empathy, Johan Leion — artist, project manager and founder of the artist collective Invasiv — with her lighting designer and artist Emma-Kara Nilsson, who portrays her mental and memory-borne inner maps; composer Gustaf Hafvenstein, who examines the boundary between security and uncertainty in his musical expression; performing artist Tova Ekenberg, who in a performance explores touch and tactile co-creation; Felicia Sjögren, who through video works with light reflections in images without the sharpness of the lens — and co-producer and musician Annelie Johansson, who explores the boundary between touch and hearing, as well as idea of interpretive transmission.
